Here's a little bit about me, my interests, hobbies, and a few of the places I've been.

I'm an award winning Designer & former T.A. with experience in Graphic, Product, Print, and Motion Design. I enjoy diving deep into design problems and working hard at developing thoughtful solutions. In my work, I emphasize collaboration, iterative design, and making meaningful improvements from feedback.

What am I listening to?

I really enjoy listening to music while I'm working or gaming. I could provide a long list of all the bands and songs that I've been listening to lately, but I'm a clever-ish guy, so instead of doing that, here's a bunch of embedded Spotify tracks.

What am I playing?

A lot of my spare time is spent playing videogames with my two brothers or my friends. I play a wide variety of games and am always looking for something new to play.

The first games I remember playing are Halo 2 with my uncle on the Xbox and Gran Turismo 4 for the PS2 with my brothers. I'm still a fan of those games today, they are classics.

What am I reading?

I've been reading a lot of Dune recently. Other than that, I've been trying to read through World War Z but it's been taking me a long time. It's such a dense book, so it can sometimes feel punishing to read.

What am I watching?

Me and my two older brothers brothers like watching movies, but we've always had problems figuring out what to watch next. So in order to solve this problem, we've developed what we call "The Wheel". Every time we find a movie that we want to watch, I add it to The Wheel. Then, come movie time, we spin the wheel and watch whatever movie comes up.

It's a very good system. We've added a lot of classics to the list that we've never seen before. So far I've really enjoyed Goodfellas, Tombstone, Pulp Fiction and The Blues Brothers.

What am I up to?

I have been working freelance and on my website/portfolio in my spare time. Most of my days are spent in Figma & Illustrator.

I consider my website my magnum opus, at least for now. It's the largest personal project I have ever worked on.
